Our office provides criminal defense & handles select excessice force cases.  We have provided criminal defense to a wide array of clients including, but not limited to those in the music and movie industries; doctors; nurses and even law enforcement personnel.  We have successfully handled cases as serious as murder and as minor as speeding tickets. 

        Ms. Harper is licensed in the State of California, the U.S District Court in the Central & Southern Districts, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals where she is undefeated.

        ~Ms. Harper is the recipient of many awards, most notably the Certificate of Special Congressional Recognition from the United States House of Representatives; and the Shirley Fields Volunteer Award for pro bono legal services. Caree is an avid supporter of the Democratic National Committee and an active volunteer. ~
